potato frittata

in home economics we made some potato fritata's they were nice but they could have been better because we accidentally stirred the egg when we were meant to let it sit so it pretty much turned to scrambled eggs they tasted good but we needed places to work and improve on thats all here are some pictures

  1. Hi James. Yes, the Potato Frittata does need to "set" in the pan rather than being stirred. Glad it still tasted good though. Which other vegetables could be used in this type of Frittata if you made it again?

  2. Hi James. I agree with Hn's comments. I like your photos and your outcome looks very nice even though you stirred it instead of letting it set. Always follow the recipe carefully.
