Jelly test

this is my aim for this experiment Write a brief report of what an enzyme is by making jelly put some kiwi fruit on the jelly then look at the spots where the kiwi fruit were after an hour

my method was to make some jelly then put some kiwifruit and see what will happen next

my finding was that the jelly with kiwi fruit will not set and just plane jelly will set

how to tell the difference between salt and sugar

How can you tell the difference between salt and sugar so go and get you salt and sugar pour some out on the table and you will notice the the salt was more chunky than the sugar is slimmer but is smaller

making fizzy drink

Aim: To make a fizzy drink and see which of tartaric acid or baking soda will produce the most bubbles

Recipe to make the Fizzy Drink: mix together  1 tea spoon of baking soda, tartaric acid and sugar then put water in the cup and then stir and then put raro in then stir it
my finding were that as son as you but a liquid in it it will fizz a lot
