In home economics we made some mac and cheese it was so good on the top had some panko breadcrumbs which made it really crisp on the top of the macaroni. Also we had to make the sauce for it and it was really creamy and a good texture one thing I think it needed a little bit of parsley
Hi James.Your blogging for HEc is improving. Great photos. I like your suggestion of including the parsley. I wonder if using bacon would have improved the flavour?
